This introductory course explains what state implementation plans are and the various types of SIPs states need to develop. Components of attainment demonstration, rate of progress, and maintenance SIP revisions, such as emissions inventories, modeling, and monitoring will be covered, as well as how permitting programs may be connected to SIPs. It is being piloted as a one day course.
