(BP) facility in Whiting, Indiana during startup and shutdown. This approval is consistent with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and EPA regulations regarding emissions during these periods in the refinery sector. EPA proposed to approve this SIP submission on August 17, 2022, and received no comments.
